Exchange Policy

Exchange Requests

Exchange requests are allowed within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any request initiated after 48 hours will not be entertained.

To initiate an exchange, please use the “Return or Exchange” option on our website.


Exchange for Damaged / Incorrect Size Items Only

A replacement will be provided only in the following cases:

  • Item damaged during transit

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Incorrect size received

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, failing which no exchanges will be accepted.

👉 In case of size exchange, only the same product in a different size will be provided — not a different product.


Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

To qualify for exchange:

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Product must be unused and undamaged

  • Original tags must be intact

❗ The product will not qualify for exchange if:

  • Stains are present

  • Makeup marks are found

  • Any alteration has been done

  • Product shows signs of use

Non-eligible items will be returned back to the customer.


Exchange Process

  • Exchange request must be confirmed by our team

  • Pickup will be scheduled within 1–3 business days (no extra cost)

  • Product will reach us within 6–7 days

  • Store credit issued or exchanged product dispatched within 2–3 days after quality check

  • If the requested item is unavailable, best alternatives or store credit will be offered

Total process duration: approximately 10–15 business days


Items Not Eligible for Exchange / Return

At Priya Fashion Store, we aim to provide the best shopping experience. The following items are not eligible for exchange:


Sale or Discounted Products

Discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged due to special pricing.


Gift Cards

Gift cards carry a fixed monetary value and cannot be exchanged or returned.


Customized Products

Customized or personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be exchanged.

  • Sarees with stitched blouses are not eligible

  • Customized outfits are not eligible


Accessories

Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.


Order Cancellations

We do not entertain order cancellation requests, as placing an order constitutes acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Once an order is confirmed:

  • Refunds are not issued

  • Credit notes are not issued

  • Exchanges are subject to approval

If in any case we are unable to accept your order and payment has been made online, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


Undelivered Outfits

Priya Fashion Store ensures dispatch of your outfit upon receipt of full payment.

If you choose store pickup, your outfit will be securely held until the designated delivery date.
